CHARTER OAK, one of the most desirable of the fancy silver plated patterns, was introduced in 1906. It is such a fun pattern to collect! The large pieces are unbelievably beautiful; the punch ladle and fish knife are real knockouts. This is a huge set consisting of 114 pieces with hard to find serving pieces. T is a total of 13 serving pieces and this set is service for 12. is what the set contains: 12 Hollow Handle Dinner Knives (6 with round blades & 6 with a French Blade).12 Forks, 12 Salad, 12 Orange Spoons, 12 Teaspoons, 12 Tablespoons, 12 Individual Butter Knives. The serving pieces, 1 Large Ladle, 1 Med. Ladle, 1 small Ladle, 1 Tomato Server, 1 Asparagus Server, 1 Meat Fork, 1 Serving Spoon Slotted, 2 Serving Spoons, 1 Cheese Scoop (very hard to find), 6 Ice Teaspoons, 6 Oyster Forks, 1 Cake Knife, 1 Fish Server, 1 Pie Server, 1 Berry Spoon, 1 Twisted Butter Knife and 1 Child set (1 fork, 1 spoon and 1 knife). All pieces are in excellent gently used condition with only light polishing scratches, no heal marks or plate loss. Pieces are marked 1847 Roger Bros. XS Triple. on most.
