Up for bids is Rare Grapenuts Self Framed Tin Advertizing Sign. Says" To School Well Fed On Grapenuts". The sign is over 100 years old. Outside dimensions are 30 1/2 by 20 inches. Image dimensions are 24 1/2 inches by 14 1/4 inches. Very highly collectible sign. The frame is in fine condition with no rust or dents. T are two slightly reverse dents protruding outward. One is above the girls head and is about 3 inches long, the other is in the trees on the upper right and is about 2 inches long. T a few scattered rust spots mostly on the two dents. The lower one third of the sign, the lettering and the background, have been restored. The restoration is very nicely done and is not noticeable unless examined closely. Hardly seen at four to five feet. The back of the sign has some scattered rust spots. A great old and very collectible sign in fine condition. Shipment made as soon as payment received
