This is a rare 1920's early 30's at the most tourist travel brochure of Keijo (Seoul) JAPAN. This brochure is printed in English and issued by the Chosen Japan Tourist Bureau. Cannot find a date on it, but t are some photos of cars and the cars date 1920's or pre-1920's. This large brochure folds out to reveal a color map of Keijo along with 7 b&w photos of city scenes which include the Chosen Hotel, lady dancers, washerwomen, Keijo RR station, banquet hall, and 2 other oriental sites/buildings. Brochure lists hotels under the management of the Government Railways of Chosen. Suggestions for sight seeing starting from the Chosen Hotel seeing Jinsen, Jaijo, Suigen and places of interest in those towns. Gives a brief history of Keijo. Gives hotel room rates, food, restaurants, communication, banks, consulates, hospitals, guides. Lists 21 places of interest to see. Shopping guide for curios and "things Korean", drugs, camers and films, provisions, department stores, stationery. Brochure in excellent condition with no creases, tears,. stains, writing. T are a few pinhead size scrapes on front cover.
