RARE 1925 Fenton Mosaic Threaded Iridescent Vase

5" tall x 6 1/2" across the bottom & 4" across the top. Hard to find Fenton Mosaic vase, part of a line developed in 1925 with contracted Czech glassblowers. This glass proved too expensive for the market so was discontinued within a year, as I understand it. This vase is shown in the Fenton Glass First Twenty Five years by William Heacock as shape #3005 ( page 80 in my copy). Condition is nearly flawless with 2 microscopic spots in the threading on the underside of the base that feel rough to the touch, under magnification you can see the area is not missing any iridizing so I am assuming t were tiny "bridged" pieces of threading in these 2 spots that rubbed off. Totally non-offensive but I wanted to mention this for complete accuracy. Also has a couple of undamaged as-made iridized over surface bubbles inside the neck that are visible in the photo of the top. Color is represented well in the flash pictures but the allover iridescence is much nicer in person. The last pic is to show a little size perspective, not a small vase & GORGEOUS! I would prefer cashiers check or Postal money order on this one but will take PayPal if absolutely neccessary. Reserve is quite low for this piece to protect my investment.
