sportsworld-auctions You are bidding on one very old and rare Mammy Cookie Jar, approximately 9 inches high cookie jar. We were told some years ago, that this was from the 1930's. This is a very nice and very heavy cookie jar in nice condtion, but has some paint missing and chips, most notible is paint missing around and on her left ey, a tiny spot on her righ hand, chips inside the rim of the jar, probably from putting the cover on and off over the years, but we have had this for a ton of years and it has always had these marks. Please view photo's provided. This Cookie Jar is very nice, and it has crazing which is to be exspected and wanted in something this old.
