Up for auction is a rare, large Weller vase that I believe is from around 1935. I've seen a lot of Weller vases but I don't recognize the pattern and can't remember seeing another one like this. It has a very nice creamy white matte glaze and is decorated with hand painted leaves, flower, apple, pear and grapes. It is slightly over 8 1/2" high but seems larger because of the 6 1/2" opening at the top. It has some minor crazing but is in excellent condition with no nicks, cracks, chips or repairs.
