Authentic U S President Menu Original Excellent Condition Rare August 8 - 9, 1934 Chicago & North Western Railway Railroad Special Train "The President of the United States of America and Party" Luncheon Menu of Dining Car. Measures 7" w x 10" h. Bifold Menu. Made of heavy duty off white cardboard like paper. Has Red, White, and Blue rope cord on left side. On front cover is a beautiful raised picture of the American Flag in red, white, and blue w/ gold trim. The red srips are a shiny ink. T is another flag with Presidental seal of American eagle. In the lower left front corner of cover is "En route via the Chicago & North Western Railway August 8 - 9, 1934". On the inside is a thinner sheet of paper with gold border which has "Table d"Hote / Luncheon / Entrees such as Broiled Lake Superior Whitefish, Lemon Butter, Olives, Ripe or Green / Celery / Chichen Soup, a la Reine or Chilled Tomato Juice / Mashed Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Combination Salad / Roquefort Cheese Dressing, coffee ice cream / Angle Food Cake / Chilled Watermelon / Choice of Tea, Coffee, Milk, Iced Tea, Buttermilk - 85 cents.
