RARE 1942 Coca-Cola Patriotic Calender. This item is truly a rare find. Produced as a symbol of patriotism during the first full year of America`s involvement in WWII, this small reverse-on-glass painting of a fife-and-bugle corps marching in front of a print of our nation`s Capitol, it proudly announces `America, Love It or Leave It`. The frame is made of a `faux wood` metal and measures approximately 5.25` by 7`. The text reads `Drink Coca-Cola in Bottles` and `Brownsville, Tenn.` There is a pull-down complete 1942 calendar with `Season`s Greetings` on the front. The calendar has become unattached from the pull-down, but could easily be re-affixed with an adhesive. One of the most unique pieces in the sale.
