"JERSEY BOYS" Based on These Artists When I first looked at this poster I wondered, "Who were the Seasons" - and then noticed how the four kid photos of the band members spelled out "Four". And, of course I started recalling their music. This original boxing style concert poster also features the household name of "Frankie Valli."Then of course, my thoughts drifted off to the musical sensation now on Broadway, and traveling throughout the United States; "Jersey Boys: The story of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons."This is an original vintage poster printed during the group's heyday. The Four Seasons.... featuring the sound of Frankie Valli played at the Charlotte Coliseum in North Carolina. While somewhat worn, this poster it is still in presentable condition. And it is rare in any condition. It measures 14" X 22" and is printed on thin cardboard paper, similar to an old boxing style poster. Yet, this piece also reminds me of the Fillmore era style, with the "hidden" four at the top.This legendary group was inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame in 1990.
