Up for auction is a beautiful, rare 19th century Victorian Adult Toilet / Pot Chair. It is in excellent condition (see photos) The pictures tell the story. I believe it is made of mahogany wood. The hinged potty seat and cover seat are made tongue and groove. The chair comes with the original metal potty with original lid (see photo). It was purchased through an estate sale. This particular type was used by the wealthy class and was built to disguise its purpose and was used also as a sitting chair as well.(see photo) This is a solid, heavy piece. It is 34 inches high, 23 inches wide and 19 1/2 inches from front to back. Shipping is expensive. I recommend local pick-up as the best option. That would be free. Please write me with any questons. T is no reserve. (T is a side view of the chair which seems to show a white mark on the seat but this is just the reflection of the flash from the camera)
