This auction is for a 2 color quart milk bottle from Doxsie Dairy. This bottle is filled and capped and ready for display in your war slogan bottle or military collection room.The reverse has a large shield with the letters DD in black pyrro and running through the center of the shield in orange pyro are the words Doxsie Dairy.The cap does not mention Doxie so may or may not be from this dairy. The front of this stunning bottle shows a large eagle with his wings forming a V The words are THINK ACT WORK with FOR on the eagle's chest Within the orange pyro field of dots are 2 stars and the bottom below the eagle reads VICTORY Embossed in the glass near the top of this 9.5" high beauty are the words A Bottle of Milk is a Bottle of Health.Below this is some fancy scalloping on the glass. The bottom rim is marked one quart liquid, Registered. Underneath is embossed a large D with an O in the center. Below that is the number 48 or 43. Aboive the D are the letters TMC No chips or cracks. The T in think has some wear with a minute spot of pyro missing from the right side of the V for victory. I always describe any and all defects even when minor as these 2 are. This is one fine bottle for your collection
