Up for bid, an incomplete set (no chips for clubs from Dallas, London, Manchester & Manila) of rare vintage Playboy Club Casino 25th Anniversary "Wooden Nickel" chips. The face of each depicts a scene or symbol of Playboy Club/Casinos in Chicago, Lake Geneva, Los Angeles, Miami, Phoenix, Cincinnati, New York, Great Gorge, St. Louis, Portsmouth, Bahamas, Tokyo, and Osaka. On the back of each is the familiar bunny logo set in front of "25" in recognition of Playboy's 25th Anniversary in 1979. To compensate for the missing chips, VERY SCARCE red-printed chips for Lake Geneva and Phoenix and a VERY, VERY SCARCE mis-printed (mis-struck) St. Louis chip have been included in addition to the black-printed chips for Lake Geneva, Phoenix and St. Louis (normally printed). This is a total of sixteen (16) chips. Each "wooden nickel" is in used condition and each shows some wear, but all are completely legible. These chips are scarce, particularly those printed in red. The mis-struck, mis-printed St. Louis chip is the only one that I have ever seen. Shipping via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail to United States addresses ONLY.
