What a wonderful set of fine English Porcelain China. I have 48 pcs of Denmark Blue Furnival Dinnerware that belonged to my Grandmother. The pattern description is Blue Flowers & Scales,Ribbed Rim and Smooth. I have been told that this Dinnerware was made by Masons of England. On the bottom the trademark reads Furnivals Limited England. This dinnerware is rare and very expensive. I went to Replacements LTD and figured up what it would take to buy the 48 pieces that i am offering. The total cost would be $1100.00 plus Tax,which would probably be at least another $100.00. I have some pieces that you cannot even buy anymore, such as the two handled sugar bowl and lid,the oval serving dishes, and the round 8 1/4" serving bowl. The Tea Pot and lid alone run $105.00 and the eight dinner plates would run $240.00, The eight cups ans saucers would be another $160.00, If you could buy it the 8 1/4" round serving bowl would be at least another $100.00. The oval 14 1/4"serving platter is $60.00. I think you get the idea This set is in overall excellent condition. T is some slight glazing on a few pieces and t is one dinner plate that is discolored and one Salad plate. I am offering this set at such a cheap price, that i cannot understand why they would last over a couple of days. I am giving the set away for 25% of the replacement cost,a fraction of what they are worth. I have had them since 1973 and have never used them. They are not scratched up and do not show any wear except the two pieces that i have mentioned above. the following is a list of what the set consist of.8-cups and saucers,4oversized saucers,8 dinner plates,2 salad plates,8 coupe cereal bowls, 1 creamer,1 two handled sugar bowl and lid,2 oval serving dishes-7 1/2" and 8 1/4",1 round 8 1/2" serving dish,1 14 1/4" oval platter,4 over sized saucers,1 4 cup Tea pot and lid and 1 gravy boat and attached plate. With a small investment you can have a complete serving for 8. Why not,you will not find a nicer set of dinnerware. This is what brings out so many nice compliments fron your dinner guests. I accept Pay Pal,Money Orders or Cashiers Checks. Sorry no Personal Checks! I will only ship these USPS Priority Mail. I will not risk the breakage with any other shipping carrier. When they are boxed up and ready to ship they are going to weigh 35lbs.. I used the USPS shipping calculate and the fee is going to be $55.00. I will require insurance for 6.45. I do not believe in making money off of shipping,it is high enough as it is. If you have any questions, please send me an e-mail. Thank you and good luck. This is not the time for weakness, you will enjoy these for the rest of your life. My Grandmother did and she just displayed them except for a couple of times
