Early Alaska and B.C. Travel Album during the Gold Rush Era 104 images..The photos are simply Amazing and record the journey a couple made to the Gold Regions of Alaska and B.C. in 1899..The photos have more of a sepia tone than just a black and white image, these were taken with a high dollar camera and are breathtaking when viewing in person.They measure approx 4x4 .Some of the photos include Steamer Ships, Downtown Images, Mines (Madison, South Fork, White Water,) Hose Race, Ft Wrangle, Indians, Sitka, Juneau, Scenes Canadian Pacific R.R. Hotel Bouff, Totem Poles, Indian Art,Secretary of State John Sherman Etc Etc Etc This is a FANTASTIC collection of images from the early days of snapshot photography many of the photos have manuscript identification under the images..The photos were taken with a high dollar camera and none of the images are pasted to the pages, they can all be removed..The album pages are brittle but the photos are in amazing condition and are Museum Quality..This is a true Piece of American Photographic History..Buyer pays shipping
