FINALY A REAL CAMOUFLAGED HELMET AND A SEA OF FAKES !!!

This is one 1000% original and REAL camouflaged first model winter parka , as issued to the elite units of the German army. Produced around 1942 , in response to the first disastrous winter of 1941/42 . These ones are rare to find since the few manufactured , were quickly replaced by the parkas with a camo scheme . Green reversible to white , note the scalloped pocket flaps , which were unique to the elite parkas . The color still nice and vibrant , t is some obvious use , but more visible on the white side. T are no damages , but 2 of the buttons were replaced . The buttons on the green side , are still in really nice condition with almost 98% of their original paint . The buttons on the white side are the EXTREMELY RARE white made buttons , these were experimental and were also found in green ( on tunic as well) they are dated 1942 and produced by JFS . The white side does have some stains ( from either rust or blood) and no damages are present . Since these were the first one ever made for the winter warfare , they don't have all the features seen on all the other ones , made after 1942 . They don't have the buttons on the sleeves ( the white side by the cuff don't have buttons either and never received any !!! ) to attach recognition straps and the tie belt , was made of the same camo , the later one were all made from the same artex material ( which was easier to produce). Anyway , this is a really nice parka and will be perfect to complete your collection .
