Circa 1900. this clock has been restored to its former glory just as it was a 100 years ago! The very uncommon rarely seen Ansonia Brest model originally sold for $10.25 with a french sash and porcelain dial. The case has been bead blasted and epoxy primed, the painted with a catalyzed automotive acrylic enamel. The hardware has been replated as original. T were traces of original finish on these so they are exactly as they were. The dial and bezel have been cleaned of years of grime and tarnish. The dial does have a faint hairline, not visible only a few inches away. Original hands. The movement is super clean, running and striking perfectly. Set it up and go! A beauty in all respects. Complete with original pendulum and a key. Reserve is $150, less than the cost of restoration! NO PAYPAL!
