This is a very unique beautiful vintage lamp. It is a beautiful African lady with very detailed features. The gold colored metal lamp shade looks like part of her head dress. She has the look of hand sculpterd black ebony but feels like metal. Lamp measures 14 inches high & 6 inches across at widest point. She has hoop ear rings. This is an electral lamp & does work. T is a round button on the back to turn on or off. This wonderful peice of Art Deco has a signature on the back. I'm not sure what it is. It looks like Geo.I.Trevino. The base is gold metal also.Condition is very good. T are few tiny dings in the shade.Tops of the ears have a tiny bit of paint missing. Lamp could use a cleaning.The bottom metal base has some aging to it as well as the hoop ear rings. She has many metal bands wrapped around her hair which is pulled back from her face.
