This rare early chromolithograph advertising label came from a large box of Mint Condition antique labels that were recently discovered in an old Rhode Island cotton mill that is being renovated for condominiums. Most of the labels are in MINT CONDITION and have never been exposed to light. These beautiful labels would have been applied to the sides of crates of cotton goods ready for shipment. This CAN'T BEAT IT label measures 8 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches. This chromolithographic label dates from about 1890. The very end of the lower right corner is slightly bent otherwise Excellent Condition!
