This is an outstanding circa 1900-1910 Mission Solid Oak Drop Front Secretary attributed to the Stickley Bros. Rare form with the four drawers set beneath! We do not see any makers mark, however the desk is beautiful and of the highest quality! The quartersawn oak graining on the drop front and legs are beautifully figured. This fantastic Mission period desk features a drop front with fitted pigeon hole interior. Two small drawers and two large drawers can hold all your necessities. The drawers are all dovetailed. Measurements are 39-1/2" high, 34-3/4" wide and 16-1/4" deep. Condition is excellent, natural and beautiful uniform patinated finish, structurally sound, sturdy and ready to use. This has not been refinished . The desk has been properly restored, including the back and drawer liners, as well as the drawer pulls being replaced with mission style hardware.
