Beautiful Authentic Antique German Glass RARE RED EGG KUGEL Approx.2 1/2" wide,4 1/4" long.Original swirl-design embossed Brass Cap, Cap is tight.German, c.1885Paint is light, almost pink in color, with area of paint loss around top cap.Silvering is very light.Glass is in Excellent condition, but has an internal swirl (or tight crack?) approx. 2" that cannot be felt on the outside, very strong and structurally in tact. Please note that with Kugels this age, it is VERY COMMON to have areas of wear (scratches/spotting/loss) to the paint and silvering, as well as bubbles/swirls in the glass itself.
