This Antique Motorola Catalin Bakelite Radio is in great condition no chips or cracks but the cord is dry rotted so I don't no if it works

however t is that ONE IDIOT ebay buyer who just doesn't get it.
T are no warranties on any of our auctions, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee items once they are out of our possession, and are not responsible for accidents that may occur during shipping. We will take every precaution while packing items for shipment, so that everything arrives in a safe and secure condition. For all glassware and fragile items, insurance is required. For all other items insurance is highly recommended, but optional.

All items are described to the best of our ability. Most of our items come from local auctions and estate sales, and we represent to you the information gained from the auctioneer or seller. We are not experts on the items we sell. Items are sold on an "as is" and/or used condition, unless otherwise stated. Please understand that some items come with issues consistent with age or use, as most items we sell are vintage or antique. We try to depict each item as accurately as possible, but occasionally we might miss something - so feel free to ask for clarification before you bid.

We strive for a positive transaction for both the buyer and the seller. We maintain that all sales a re final. I double check every item as I package it. If I find something wrong with it other than the day I list it, I will contact the buyer before shipping. Buyer pays s/h/i, and must pay for the items(s) within five days of close. Seller reserves the right to ship item ten days after buyers payment clears, but most of the time items are shipped within a few days after payment clears.
