This wonderful antique Paris Porcelain cabaret set, or solitaire, was produced in Paris, France in the late 19th century. The octagonal tray measures 11" by 11". The teapot measures 6 1/2" from the tip of the spout to the end of the handle, is 3" wide, and 5 1/4" tall with the lid in place. The footed cup is 3 3/4" wide, and 2 3/8" deep. The saucer is 5 1/4" wide, and 1" deep. The creamer measures 4 3/4" from the tip of the spout to the end of the handle, is 2 1/2" wide, and stands 5" high. The covered sugar is 5" handle to handle, 3" wide, and stands 4 1/2" high with the lid in place. All of these beautiful hand painted pieces are in excellent condition, with no chips, or cracks. Some of the gold trim around the edges of the pieces shows wear, but the lovely floral design remains vibrant. This is a rare and fabulous set of early porcelain, being offered with no reserve.
