This unique ring is set in 14 karat white gold- rose gold sides- not filled nor plated, and features a natural stone - which is suppose to be what true onyx is - looks like carnelian backround. The cameo is hexagonal and cabochon, and it measures about 3/4 of an inch by about 1/2 an inch. Looks to be glued on top is a piece of onyx that is carved in the bust of a soldier - but the top should be part of the bottom stone and not glued. The ring is a size 6 and 1/2 and it weighs 6.8 grams when mounted. Really rare and unusual that you have white and rose gold! Probably made in the 1920's. This is a .99 starting auction.
