Up for bid is a 1 gallon butter churn that I purchased at a local estate sale. I am not an expert in antiques but will describe it to the best of my ability.
I took lots of pictures! The pictures show a little darker than the true item is.I was told that this churn is original and that it is a 1 gallon butter churn and that it is very old. I do not know this for a fact. I will leet you be the judge. The glass jar only, including the rim, is approximately 9 1/2" tall & 5 1/2" across on each side. The churn is in excellent working condition, very easy to turn. MARKINGS - On the metal part of the handle it says: OH or HO. On another part of the metal part it says what I believe to be: OG. And one other area of the metal part is says: OB On the bottom of the glass jar it has an emblem (see picture) & 4 K 4249. The only defect I have found besides it showing its age, t is a nick on the rim of the gallon jar, approximately 3/4 of an inch. It does not effect the lid to screw on and off. (see picture) I WILL PACK VERY GOOD !! Check out my other items ! Be sure to add me to your favorites list ! E-mail me with any questions. I ship within 2 days of receiving payment. Thank you for looking and remember that JESUS loves YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!
