If anybody has anymore info on this one please let me know as it will be greatly appreciated! This is an antique vintage quite old moose elk fraternal with scabbard, I do not know for sure if it moose as i have never ever seen one before. this and others i have listed came out of an estate, i have 5 listed right now all together , i also have more not listed yet. This is truly a beautiful piece, it was quite hard to take good pictures of it though, as they do not do it justice!! The top is a knights helmet, metal of course, The handle is metal and had real leather but the leather is quite worn.,.The scabbard has wear to it, see pictures. The top has the gold toned beautiful design, very detailed, and t is a moose head on it as well, middle also has this same piece, and one similar on end. The sword is not sharp and is pretty worn in a few places, It does however have the beautiful etchings , Also reads in these etchings The Henderson Ames co. and 2 other words i cant make out, on the other side a name JG Metting??
