Rare and unique Beswick England retro designed horse (foal) ashtray or candy dish. Soft green ashtray (never used) with brown foal attached can be used as candy dish or business card holder. In excellent condition. NO chips, cracks, or crazing. Has brown factory fired coloring on bottom. Marked Beswick England in black. A beautifully detailed foal, from his face with blaze to his perfect little hooves. Immaculate. Large size...ashtray itself measures 11" by 9". Purchased overseas at a London auction house years ago. A custom piece...Have never seen another like it. Beswick has closed, so no more will be produced. Can be used for a serving piece..chips, cheese and crackers on a table surrounded by horse lovers. A beautiful quality piece, much greater than the photos reveal. 100% feedback, you will not be disappointed.
