From a Baltimore estate: This is a rare Carnival Glass advertising piece from Baltimore. Daisy and Button figural hat with waving 3/4" brim stands 2.5" high and 3.25" across at its widest. Nice blue color. Bottom has embossed advertising from an old Baltimore City business - when looking down into the hat the lettering is true; looking at the bottom it is reversed. T are 2 photos showing the advertising both ways. Joseph Sigmund was a hat manufacturer on N. Eutaw St. near Saratoga in the early years of the 20th century. T are 2 tiny rim chips on the hat - the largest is shown in the last photo, but it is hard to see - it is more noticeable by touch rather than by sight. Otherwise in nice condition. Buyer pays US Mailing - priority mail plus optional insurance.
