This is a Triple Glass Tablet Chauncey Jerome 8 Day OG - with middle tablet signed "C. Jerome New Haven, Conn" Please look very closely at the accompanying photo's. This is not a standard two glass tablet OG. T is a third, thin tablet between the dial glass and the bottom tablet. This tablet is a ruby red/brown colored tablet with gold leaf designs and centered with "C. Jerome New Haven, Conn" also in gold. I have seen this style twice before, but both times with a frosted glass type of middle tablet and never signed. If you have seen one of these before, please shoot me an e mail with any information you may have). T are two pics below of the third signed glass - hard to see full details, but best photo's I could get. Case is 29 3/4 inches tall, 16 1/2 inches wide, and 4 inches deep. Beautiful mahogany veneer. Wooden face. Paper is approx 95% completed and in good shape. Photo's below. Movement is clean but is being sold "AS IS". The time side appears to be fine, but the strike side needs a looking at. The winding arbour will not turn. I have attached photos's of the movement below. Please review carefully. 8 day weights included that look correct to the clock as does the brass pendulum. The key is not brass, it is a nickel or steel crank that is very worn. No idea if it is original or not, but it is the rights size. Pics of weights, pendulum, and crank below. Please E mail me with any questions you may have. I ship USPS Parcel and Delivery Confirmation and Insurance for full sales price is included in the shipping and handling. Thanks for looking and best of luck should you choose to bid!
