Beautiful Esate Find! Rare Antique Century Oscillating Electric Table Fanwith Brass Blades & Cage This was an Estate Sale Find. I'm not sure if the cord and the felt on the bottom are original however the cord leading from the motor to the base IS original and in very good condition! I tried to research this fan, but never found any 2 digit model numbers (this is a Model 16 ). This fan is still in amazing condition, it runs great. It's strong, quiet and puts out a lot of wind. The fan measures 12-5/8 inches high x 9-1/2 inches wide x about 7-1/2 inches front to back. It has a 3 speed switch and (4) - 4inch Brass Blades. It's heavy, so please keep that in mind when looking at the shipping charges (we let eBay calculate shipping). We will remove the cage and blades before packing so that no damage is done during shipping. The brass motor plate reads: CENTURY ALTERNATING CURRENT FAN MANUFACTURER BY CENTURY ELECTRIC CO. ST. LOUIS, U.S.A. FRAME - S1 MODEL 16 NUMBER 31725 VOLTS 110 , CYCLES 60 It's definately a collector's item, notice that the cage is basically open. They just don't build 'em like this anymore...And that's exactly why they're so sought after! These fans are bound to keep going up in value.
