We went to a local estate sale and found this in a box lot of old china. This is a rare Souvenir Drinking Mug from the 1893 dedication of a Civil War monument for Sickles' Excelsior Brigade Gettysburg PA July 2nd 1893 70th, 71st, 72nd, 73rd, and 74th New York Infantry. The porcelain mug is marked Adams Tunstall England.
