RARE Clark Dairy Ottawa Ontario Milk Bottle CANADA Offered today is a scarce Ottawa Ontario Milk Bottle. On the back of the bottle is a transfer of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth commemorating t historic 1939 visit to Canada. T is a large embossed C on the top front above the maple leaf and also one on the bottom of the bottle. The bottle itself is exceptional condition for it's age. T is barely any case wear at all and the red transfer has no wear that I can see. T are no chips or cracks in the bottle itself. The Royal Tour of 1939 The visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth (later the Queen Mother) to Canada in 1939 was truly historic, the first time a reigning monarch had visited this country. For Mackenzie King, it was one of the momentous events of his life. As Prime Minister, he traveled with the royal visitors for their entire tour, across Canada and back, sharing the spotlight and taking part in all the festivities.
