is dec 1970,ser #mf,manta rays were made for 71,72,so a dec. 70 is one of the first made,this bike looks and rides great,lets start with the paint,no touch ups,it does have some scratches,most of which i have tried to photograph,the down tube has the worst scratches,like a pedal from another bike caused them,some speckles of paint gone on the inside of chainstay,and w front caliper hit frame,chrome is great all around,handle bars a few minor scratches rear fender is pushed down a bit in the back no other real flaws,front fender great,seat looks to be a recover,with the correct color,2 flaws in seat,see pic, slight tear has been repaired,by previous owner,seat still looks great,and is totally ridable and feels great on your but,derailluer has small scuff chainguard is very nice,beautiful,rims are great,very straight,side stamps-5 on rear no stamp in front,tires are in great shape,both USA original,rear slik,sissy bar has a slight crimp like it was straightened on one side,shifter is super clean and looks great , with new stickers added by previous owner,slight chrome loss on bottom crease only of back plate,this bike is how i received it,i added new grips and the peddles and thats it,peddles are in very nice shape ,minor scuffing on end caps,i rode this bike quite a few times and it rides great,and looks awesome,super clean ,this is ready to ride or display,if i forgot something email any questions,i have tried to describe bike honestly as possible,bike will be partially disassembled for shipping$65 shipping ,U.S. postal money orders and pay pal only,shipping to the continental US only
