IMCO - Austria I am offering for sale this very rare vintage Austrian Trench Lighter made by Imco Triplex. The rarity is in the decoration and detail, please look around to note most are very plain metal w/ no decoration or limited. Pas initials P.A.M. on the side. Item is very well preserved and works well. Flint sparks fine. The measures are 60 x 30 mm.For additional details please look at the photos. Probably the oldest cigarette lighter manufacturer around. Originally this company manufactured buttons. In 1918, after the first world war, they switched to making lighters from spent ammunition shells. "IMCO®, the World's Supreme Lighter since 1918!" Triplex Super model "petrol Lighters" use liquid fuel (Naphta) to create a no-fail windproof flame. Handy swing-open ignition. Once used, the small "tank" with burning wick can be removed and refilled.
