This is an authentic Wedgewood piece of Dragon Kenlockware. The bottom of all 3 pieces have the gold mark and the bottom of the jar and plate are marked Wedgewood Dragon Kenlockware Wedgewood England. Wedgwood, The Newly Illustrated Dictionary , by Robin Reilly, page 248. Rare Covered jar, decorated with green dragons all around and on the lid, glazed interior; Size: 5" high, 3 1/2" dia; Marked-WEDGWOOD, England, 4 dashes in a flower pattern, stamped in red-Dragon Kenlock Ware, hand painted in yellow-C34399, 11; Circa 1895 - 1900; Reference : t were only a few patterns used, of which Dragons is one example and the other was Iris. These wares were only made for about 5 years, from 1895 to 1900. Tfore, finding examples of Kenlock Ware are extremely difficult, indicating that quantities made during the 5 year production period were very small. T is one small chip on the the underside of the bottom plate that I tried to show in the last picture.
