Beautiful Elgin 1910 Gold Pocket Watch! Works beautifully! Open face, first inner closure is marked "Keystone Watch Case" with a crown atop a set of scales. The second inner closure next to the works is marked "Guaranteed J. Boss ~ 25 Years" We checked the Elgin Website & this piece was classified as follows: Elgin Watch Serial #15781272 - Date 1910 - Size 12S - 15 Jewels - Grade 315. Simple wind up mechanism that works beautifullyl! With no additional markings we are unsure if the watch it 14k gold or gold filled. Back of the watch has a wonderful engraving of ~JSH~. Your expertise is your gain! It has an unusual face that we've been unable to determine the exact meaning. Hopefully those of you that are experts can help! Measures 1 7/8" across, with a fob that is just over 7 1/2" in length. Just a few very light scratches on the crystal. Looking for that perfect gift for that special man in your life? T is a large variety of items & all will peak collector's interests! These are items from our parent's estate, who were in the antique business for over 25 years. Payment can be made by money order, cashiers checks, or personal checks. (Please allow 10 days for personal checks to clear before we ship your merchandise. Shipment of items purchased via money order or cashier check will be made within 48 hrs. of receipt.) We will not be using Bidpay or Paypal, so please don't ask. Ship U.S.A. ONLY. Buyer to pay $6.05 for shipping & handling. Insurance is optional/extra but recommended & will be based on the winning bid amount. (My husband is the BEST at packaging & shipping, however we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to uninsured items.)
