*** I'm going to be listing most of my 30-year collection of seed, gardening and flower items (paper ephemera, seed catogs, seed boxes, prints, yard longs, posters, trade cards, postcards, books, pottery etc.), so check out my other items ! I'm starting the whole process off with some of the earliest and best. This auction: Original check signed by D. M. Ferry with beautiful logo to the side (see close-up) and stamp. Back is also endorsed in victorian script (fountain pen by Ferry). Date is September 11, 1867. (about 139 years old). Excellent condition with predicted age patina. Measures approx. 3 1/8" x 8" Guaranteed original and a rare addition to the advanced collection. Shipping and handling will be $1.25 unless Priority is requested. International bidders will receive shipping quote at auction's end. Insurance is optional but recommended on fragile or valuable pieces; (this will be your choice).
