Rare Find! PURPLE BALL PERFECT MASON Jar 2 QUART w/LID Offering this week a beautiful, pre-WWI Ball fruit jar in a nice sun-colored amethyst color! This large two quart jar has the dropped a and a number 6 or 9 on the bottom. It also comes with original Ball zinc lid with porcelain liner. This early 1900's canning jar is a wonderful shade of purple and is in good vintage condition. It has light wear and just a couple of tiny fleabites on the inside of the rim. T are lots of little imperfections and tiny bubbles in the glass, adding to its charm. The lid has some white surface discoloration to the zinc, but it is in good, strong, original condition.
