This is your chance for a Spectacular Deal !!! .This is a Very Rare Opportunity for the avid Fossil Collector to aquire an exceptionally rare ANOSTERIA MAOMINGENSIS Fossil Turtle . The export of these specimens from China was banned quite some time ago. This fossil was legally imported years ago. This specimen was found in the Quadron Province in China . It dates from the Eocene Period some 45-50 Million Years Ago. Most examples of the Anosteria are crushed and flattened, or partial specimens. This Fossil has SUPERB Overall Preservation , and is Highly Inflated (3-D as it existed). The shell exhibits Beautiful Detailing and Color. This Specimen is a Museum Grade Display Piece . This would be the center-piece of many fossil collections. I am offering it at auction since I am lucky enough to have another one, and am consolidating my collection after closing my Gallery.
