is a nice old rare bell-bottom lantern for the Frisco RR, made by Handlan. This is a tall lantern with a green globe. The lantern was painted silver and is in the original, uncleaned condition, as found. It doesn't appear to have any rust, damage, or other problems and is complete with a fount and burner. The lantern is not mint, but I believe it has a lot of potential, and it is in good condition. If I collected Frisco, I would probably keep it myself. I do not see many Frisco lanterns and I feel this is a harder lantern to find. This lantern comes with an unmarked green globe, made by Dietz. The globe is in excellent condition and has no chips or cracks. The globe is not the proper globe for this lantern, but it looks great and fits securely, with no looseness or rattling. If you have a proper Frisco globe, this would make a nice frame for your globe. Green globes are seldom found, especially marked for the RR, so this globe will look great in this frame until you find the proper globe for it, and it will add a little color to your collection, if you have no green globes.
