I CAN SHIP ANYW IN THE WORLD!!! ***Please read entire description t is alot to know about this bottle*** This is a RARE Coke Bottle that has alot of history that goes with it. This style of bottle was made by the ROOT Glass Company in Terre Haute Indiana . They were produced from 1900-1910 which makes this bottle close to 100 years old or older!! Which this is one of my LAST ROOT BOTTLES . This bottle comes with a little history to go along with it which is REAL INTERESTING and shows how rare it is to find one of these bottles that is FULL OF Coca Cola . In early 1900's the Coca Cola Company asked all of its glass bottle makers to come up with a new style Coca Cola bottle to set Coke apart from the rest of the competition. I found this on that tells a little history and it reads: "Put into mass production two years later (after Coca Cola's approval) by the Root Glass Company in Terre Haute, Indiana, the new design was a response to the company's perceived need to develop an instantly recognizable product identity capable of protection by trademark and patent laws. In fact, the company's design brief was to 'find a Coca-Cola bottle which a person will recognize as a Coca-Cola bottle even if he feels it in the dark. The Coca-Cola bottle should be shaped that, even if broken, one could tell at a glance what it was.' The distinctive Coca-Cola script (as well as the name and slogan 'Delicious and Refreshing') had been designed earlier by company bookkeeper and amateur calligrapher, Frank Robinson. So commercially successful was Coca-Cola over the following decades that by the time of the Second World War it was seen as such an evocative symbol of the American way of life that the company undertook to supply American troops with the drink wver they were, thus maintaining morale. A similar strategy was repeated in the Korean and Vietnam Wars." So this bottle was one of the first bottles to come out from this style and company, The ROOT GLASS COMPANY . This bottle has made it through wars, possibly through troops hands in the World War and I would assume MANY MANY thousands of miles and it is full of Coca Cola and in GREAT SHAPE. This bottle has "ice blue" glass and is embossed "Coca Cola" on the bottom. On one side near the top it has the EMBOSSED "Coca Cola" Script . On the side near the bottom it says "Property Of Coca Cola Bottling Co. Jacksonville Fla." and right below the word "of" it says " ROOT ". On both sides you can see the mold marks going vertically up the sides from the mold these bottles were made in. This bottle has the embossed lettering (which means the letters raise from the glass) and is in what I would call good condition, being nearly 100 years old!! This bottle is a GREAT COLLECTOR PIECE for your collection of ANYTHING or somew special...not by the kids or grandkids. This is some Coca Cola history and one of my best and rarest in my collection. The "Coca Cola" scriipt up top is easily readable and is embossed but the writing below that is light (from when it was made, it is NOT CHIPPED in this area). I will package this item WELL and pay shipping WORLDWIDE if buy it now used which should cover entire cost to get it to you. The cap on this bottle is rusty but you can still see w is says "Coca Cola" on it. I got this bottle in a LARGE COLLECTION of COKE/SODA Items from a gentleman from Jacksonville Florida that worked for the Coca Cola Company for 30+ YEARS and had ALOT of Coca Cola memorabilia. High Bidder to pay $9.85USD (unless buy it now used, then it is FREE) for S & H. I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE ONL...
