Retired and just having fun on EBAY as a hobby! Hope you like one of our items! Sorry, but I have experienced more problems with international bidding than it is worth. T seems to be great problems for those people to get international money orders and I have had to request final value fee re-imbursements from EBAY because of that. Tfore, I will only let those countries specified to bid. Absolutely no Pay Pal.Money order or cashier's check only. Please send email at the end of the auction and let us know when to expect the payment.Subject to removal if no interest at 3 days to go. No second chance offers. No refunds. We do our best to describe items accurately, however, ask your questions before bidding. We answer all questions regarding the item up for bid.For the protection of both buyer and seller, buyer must pay insurance on all items . The insurance amount will be specified on the invoice after the auction is over next to the shipping charge. If an item is lost or damaged in the mail, the buyer must contact us and we will send them the insurance receipt. The buyer's responsibility will be to submit the insurance request to the Post Office themselves. Found in Augsburg, Germany. This is a very old napkin ring (no marks anyw that I can see). I think it is pewter. As you can see, it depicts two children playing (both are boys). Circular part of the ring measures about a 2 inch diameter. Children are wearing German style clothes. One boy appears to be proving his back as a stepping aid for the other boy climbing to the top. Truly, a great old piece!
