For the vintage Lady Head Vase collectors out t --- this piece is for you! This is a wonderful large very har d t o find lady head vase from the " High Teen " series which features a beautiful young girl with tons of curly locks, a lovely face with pink lips, and wearing a blue high collar dress with gol d t rim. The head is unmarked, but I think that she is made by Inarco or Enesco --- of course any other time I could locate my head vase reference books, but when I really nee d t hem they are no w to be found. At any rate, you advanced collectors know how difficult this particular teen girl head vase is to find. The piece measures in at just about 8 ¾" tall with a very wide top opening. The head is in very nice condition with no major items to call --- t is however a few minor points to mention. At the top rim opening t are 4 faint firing lines that were made in the manufacture of the piece --- 3 are just seen on the very rim edge, 1 extends maybe ½" from the rim edge into the body. T is also a small spot w the glaze is rough, again on the very rim edge. I have included photos of the places mentioned. I guarantee that these are factory flaws and in my opinion very insignificant to this rare lady head. The only other items of note are a few color scrapes to the blue paint of the dress towar d t he base - typical and again nothing earth shattering. T is some degree of fine crazing typical of age. I try to cover all the bases in my description so that t are no surprises --- this is a wonderful lady head and you will not be disappointed her in person.
