I have collected Carnival glass for a long time but I have never came across a piece like this before. It looks like a lamp but is in all actuality a perfume bottle. It has a Fenton style hobnail design and an enamel ware shade. Most people who have seen it believe it to be from the 1930's or 40's. It has a weird applicator and some type of gasket. Beautiful irredescent black color. Mint condition through and through. I have searched all of my books and can only find this listed in one of them. Under the value guide it lists it as scarce with no value given. I don't know who made it could be Fenton, NorthWood, or some other. It stands around 4 to 5 inches tall. This would be an excellent addition to any collection and would probably serve as a fine center piece in even the most distinquished collection.
