This is a pretty rare model that was built in 1958 specifically for tobacco farming. T were 3600 Utility's built between '56 and '58 and the exact numbers of the Hi- Utility is not known except that they were only made in '58 and were a small percentage of the total. Some estimates say about 600 were made. It has 38" rear wheels and has adjustable hubs for row-cropping. I did a total re-build on the engine ( 4 cyl. gas) about 10 years ago, and new bearings in the transmission. I have only used it for snowplowing or skidding an occasional log out of the woods since. In it's previous life it was used as a log skidder and has some added hardware to protect the PTO. The last few years its been sitting idle, since I now have a plow truck and a newer tractor. This has been a real workhorse and would make a great project for restoration. It has all the emblems except for the one in the center of the steering wheel. It's never had a hitch since I've had it, but they are readily available. It runs good and all the rubber is in good condition , it has a new starter but it needs a battery , a brake job and ball joints ( the steering is a little sloppy). It has pretty good hydraulics with power up and down on the rear arms. I found a nice article on a restored one at /350hu-article.htm . Good luck.
