Beautiful, rare, Japanese, Wakizashi, Samurai Sword with Scabbard and Kozuka! The blade rates excellent + with no chips or flaws and is razor sharp! The temper line is very visable and active. The tang and Kozuka are both signed(more pictures are available upon request). The blade dimensions are as follows: 17 3/4-Tip to notch, 22 3/4-Overall length, 5-Tang length, 1 1/16-Width. The 2- piece, silver Habaki shows a nice patina. The iron Tsuba is beautifully decorated with gold inlay. The two Seppa appear to be wrapped with gold foil. The hilt, overall rates very good, but shows some wear with the black cloth separated near the Tsuba. The pommel and ferrule are beautifully decorated, as is the two menuki. The black lacquered scabbard rates excellent with some slight scratches and with the Kozuka, and black, cloth hanger present. The Kozuka blade is signed and the handle is nicely decorated.
