WATCH NEXT WEEK AS OUR MASSIVE SALE CONTINUES DESCRIPTION:A rare antique Chinese porcelain dish, decorated in underglaze blue with stylized flower scrolls, and bearing the reign mark of the ruling Jiaqing Emperor; and of the period. NB: Stand is not included Size: 194 mm ( 7.76 inches) diameter Condition: No cracks or restoration. Some expected wear and minor firing defects. Two small chips to the underside of the rim. Please view images carefully. Dating: Jiaqing (1796 to 1820) mark and period. Comment: A good example for the collector of Chinese mark and period. However, Allen's Antiques offers insured air post to a maximum cover of $US500, to the following countries: U.S.A., Canada, Australia, New Zealand. Any antique item sent by economy post is uninsurable, and at the buyer's risk. If the combined cost of the item plus the postage/shipping exceeds $US500, then for the item to be insured, it must be sent by United Parcel Service. Items sent by United Parcel Service may be insured up to $US40,000. Otherwise, insurance is optional, and if goods are sent uninsured, they are at the buyer's risk. Insurance costs 3% (of the combined cost of the item, plus postage/shipping), with a minimum charge of $US5.50.
