store Well... It's the end of November, and winter is quickly approaching, which means the water is getting colder. With water temperatures in the 50's or low 60's, I'm going to need a dry suit if I want to continue diving through the winter. So, 's some auctions to help me raise money for a dry suit. Bid high, bid often, and help me continue to provide a steady flow of unique Florida fossils!! Description: is a very rare juvenile mastodon tusk from the St. Marks River, Florida. The Latin species name is Mammut americanum. This specimen measures 1 3/8" long. This is the tip of the tusk which retains the enamel on the tip. This specimen has very attractive orange enamel. I cannot even begin to stress how uncommon these are, search the internet and see if you can find one that's reasonably priced.
