Offered for your consideration is a cast aluminum 6 bulb art deco ceiling light fixture with a center slip shade. This fixture was made by Lincoln in the 1930`s and is one the rarest art deco light fixtures they made. This fixture has been restored by a qualified lampsmith trained specifically in antique and vintage lighting, nothing has been refurbished, t were no shortcuts taken, this is truly a complete, quality, no expense spared restoration. The restoration process began with disassembly, all of the old paint and corrosion were removed by bead blasting, it was cleaned and then sealed with a corrosion inhibiting primer, this eliminates any chance of corrosion bleeding through at a later date, a common problem when a fixture hasn`t been properly restored. The primered surface was prepped and then the fixture was refinished antique gold, dark gold, antique maroon and light green. The original ceiling canopy measures 5 inches across, the fixture measures 16 inches across and the drop is 33 inches, links can be added or removed to suit your needs. For your safety the original porcelain sockets, 3 way switch and cloth wiring have been replaced with new UL approved sockets, 3 way switch and wiring.
