Calling all quilters & textile lovers, 's a rare opportunity! A great gift idea: a lot of authentic vintage feedsacks, all four alike! Lovers of these fabulous textiles know all too well how hard to find these are. You are bidding on a lot of FOUR just-alike vintage feedsacks that have never been opened or laundered. They really appear unused; the open ends do not have any stitching holes. Each measures 21.5" x 38" unopened. The 43" x 38" opened-out-flat size would yield a generous amount of fabric when all four are pieced together for a quilt backing if you're looking for authentic vintage goods. Plenty for kitchen curtains or a tablecloth, if that's more to your liking. Fabric is very clean and free of stains, rips or tears, odors or other defects; it's about as near to pristine as any I've seen. T are a couple of very faintly discolored tan areas that must be sought after to be seen; these only add to the authentic patina of aging. My Iowa friend purchased these and many more from an Iowa farm auction; check my other auctions currently running on ebay for another lot of two feedsacks. NO RESERVE and low starting bid; bid what YOU think they're worth! This lot features great colors of predominantly blue and red on an ivory ground; design is a large scale floral with buds. The flower shape puts me in mind of the Camellia, my Alabama state flower. Winning bidder pays s/h of $7; insurance (recommended) is buyer's option. Personal checks must clear; postal money orders and confirmed Paypal users ship the next business day. Thanks for looking!
