Up for auction is a gorgeous vintage, antique Louis Vuitton trunk from the late 1800's. This trunk is the perfect table size. This trunk is in excellent condition with no damage. This model has the desirable brown "LV" wallpaper which is the most highly sought after by collectors. Serial #139492. Minimal overall wear. No interior stains. The latch and the side handles work well. It has some minor discoloring which is normal for the age and some small scrapes and marks. The trunk shows no sign of rot, water damage, odors or excessive wear. The LV print is done in a woven fabric. This trunk is in great condition. It comes with a top insert shelf and an internal removable cage both made from wood and cloth. The cage has the unique LV printing on it as seen in the photos. The trunk has been traced back to the original owners. The trunk belonged to: Charles B.
